Use & Care Instruction:

• Wash it well with dish soap after each use, dry it well, and store it in a well-ventilated place. Can use bleach to remove the persistent stains; however, please do not soak it in bleach water for an extended period.
  
• Can sanitize it with boiling water. Apply hot boiling water to the board's surface, set the temperature lower than 90℃ and apply it on both sides to prevent warping.
  
• Don't put it in a dishwasher or dish dryer. The high-temperature heat from the washing and drying cycle may soften the board and cause it to warp.
  
• Don't place it near the fire or put freshly cooked hot food or hot saucepans on it to prevent it from warping.
