I brought this camping for the first time and actually put it to the test. Really nice to use, lightweight, comfortable grip, and the blade was sharp right out of the box. Still performs great after using it. Definitely a knife i bring camping again.

The handle felt comfortable in my hand, the button lock is very fidgety and very good to play with, just sad i missed out on the raccoon one, the colour were awesome...

Item sharp as hell.. Nicked my finger cause I was careless.. Just a nick.. But needed 3 handyplast changed to stop it bleeding.. Really sharp.. I've experienced many cuts.. This one really small but bleed out like a deep cut.. Recommended
Previous year I have used Sakai Takayuki vg 10 17 layer Damascus bought from Gearevo and beautifully used to handle 6 water buffalo, but this year this masterpiece Friedr. Herder is absolutely another level. Very fast and efecience cuts. Looking forward for another level next year

Gearevo kydex sheath fits really well with La Fontaine due to its recurve shape blade it has a different style of unsheathing the blade. Good work 👍🏼
